Overview:
Relevic allows you to create targeted campaigns that reach specific audience segments based on visitor behavior, location, marketing sources, and other key factors. By segmenting your audience, you can deliver personalized content that speaks to their unique interests and needs. This guide walks you through the process of setting up targeted campaigns using audience segmentation.
Steps to Setting Up a Personalized Campaign:
1. Define Your Campaign Goal:
Begin by deciding what you want to achieve with your campaign. Do you want to increase conversions, reduce bounce rates, or improve engagement for a specific audience segment?
Example: You may want to target users who have abandoned their shopping carts with a discount to encourage them to complete their purchase.
2. Access the Campaign Canvas:
In your Relevic dashboard, click “Create New Campaign” and open the Campaign Canvas. Here, you can define your audience segments and design the personalized experiences for each segment.
3. Use Audience Filters:
Relevic’s filters allow you to segment audiences based on a variety of criteria:
Location: Target visitors based on their geographic location.
Behavior: Show personalized content to users who have visited a certain page multiple times or are returning visitors.
UTM Parameters: Personalize content based on the marketing campaigns or ads that brought users to your site.
Example: Create a segment for users who visited your pricing page more than three times but haven’t signed up, offering them a demo or limited-time discount.
4. Set Up Personalized Pages:
For each audience segment, create personalized content using Relevic's visual editor. Here, you can create high-converting versions of your personalized pages that display tailored messages, images, and offers.
Example: Offer new visitors a 15% discount on their first purchase, while returning visitors are greeted with loyalty rewards.
5. Publish and Monitor Your Campaign:
Once your campaign is ready, click “Publish” to make it live. Monitor the performance of each audience segment using Relevic’s Analytics to ensure your targeting is effective.
Best Practices:
Start with simple audience filters (e.g., first-time visitors vs. returning visitors) and gradually introduce more complex ones (e.g., based on user behavior or referral source).
Regularly review and adjust your filters to align with changes in user behavior or marketing goals.
Combine multiple filters for more precise targeting (e.g., returning visitors from specific locations).
