Understanding the Relevic Dashboard and Features

Updated this week

Overview:

Once you’ve created your Relevic account, the dashboard will become your control center for managing personalization campaigns, tracking user behavior, and optimizing content performance. This guide provides a detailed overview of the key sections of the Relevic dashboard and how to make the most of its features.

Key Sections of the Relevic Dashboard:

Get Started:

This is your “Welcome” section, providing you with a quick and easy onboarding experience in 5 simple steps. Everything from adding your website’s name, installing the Relevic script, naming your personalized page, and launching your first campaign happens here.

Websites:

Easily add, remove, and name the websites you want to personalize.

Campaigns:

The Campaigns section is where you create and manage your personalized campaigns. You can define audience segments, set up targeting rules using filters, and create multiple variations of your web pages.

Library

Under the ‘Campaigns’ tab in Relevic’s dashboard, open the dropdown menu to access the ‘Library’ section. Here, you’ll find prebuilt campaigns for events like New Year’s Eve, Holiday Sales, Paid Ads, and more. Just click ‘Use Template’ to customize the campaign to your needs.

Pro Tip: If you're running seasonal promotions, you can create multiple campaigns in advance and set specific start and end dates, ensuring that the correct content is always live at the right time.

Example: Launch a “Black Friday Sale” campaign with different banners for new and returning visitors.

Personalized Pages:

The Personalized Pages section lets you create different versions of your web pages tailored to specific audience segments for targeted personalization or A/B testing. Here, you can customize headlines, images, call-to-action buttons, and other elements using our visual editor.

Example: Test two variations of your homepage—one offering free shipping and another highlighting a product discount—and see which drives more conversions.

Forms:

In the Forms section, you can manage forms that collect user data, such as newsletter sign-ups or contact information. These forms can be integrated into your personalization campaigns to gather more detailed insights on user preferences.

Example: Add a personalized pop-up form that only appears to visitors who have browsed your pricing page twice but haven’t yet signed up for a demo.

Analytics:

The Analytics tab is divided into three sub-sections: Basic, Heatmap, and Goals. If you need help with a third-party tool integration like GA4, kindly contact us.

Basic

Evaluate detailed insights into your campaign performance. Here, you can monitor the number of unique and total visits, clicks, conversions, and more. Analyze trends with flexible time filters, generate intuitive reports, and effortlessly convert raw data into visually appealing infographics.

Heatmap

Observe user engagement levels on a personalized page through color-coded visualizations. Easily identify high and low interaction areas on your pages and optimize accordingly for maximum impact.

Goals

Set up your campaign goals and track the percentage of their completion on the go.

Example: Monitor visits, clicks, and conversions for your “Holiday Discount” campaign in the Basic tab. Make use of Heatmap to spot which page elements get the most engagement and track metric goals in the Goals tab.

Configurations:

Besides the Get started section, you can also view the Relevic script by heading to the "Embed Code" tab of the configurations section. Here, you'll find detailed guides for the installation of the script from every renowned platform, such as WordPress, Wix, WooCommerce, etc.

In the configurations section, you can also enable/disable cookies, view Relevic's data privacy policy, and handle integrations.

Note: Before assigning audience filters to your personalized pages, make sure your cookies are enabled from the Configurations section.

Settings:

Manage your account settings here, including billing information, assigning roles to team members, adding people to your workspace, and accessing additional features.

You can also head over to Relevic's HelpDesk to review detailed guides on the platform to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Example: Set up multiple user roles for your team, allowing content creators to manage variations while administrators oversee campaign analytics.
