Understanding the Relevic Dashboard and Features
Updated over 3 months ago

Overview:

Once you’ve created your Relevic account, the dashboard will become your control center for managing personalization campaigns, tracking user behavior, and optimizing content performance. This guide provides a detailed overview of the key sections of the Relevic dashboard and how to make the most of its features.

Key Sections of the Relevic Dashboard:

Campaigns:

  • The Campaigns section is where you create and manage your personalization campaigns. You can define audience segments, set up targeting rules using filters, and create multiple variations of your web pages.

  • Pro Tip: If you're running seasonal promotions, you can create multiple campaigns in advance and set specific start and end dates, ensuring that the correct content is always live at the right time.

  • Example: Launch a “Black Friday Sale” campaign with different banners for new and returning visitors.

Page Variations:

  • The Page Variations section allows you to create different versions of your web pages to be served to specific audience segments. This is where you’ll customize headlines, images, call-to-action buttons, and other elements of your page for A/B testing or personalization.

  • Example: Test two variations of your homepage—one offering free shipping and another highlighting a product discount—and see which drives more conversions.

Forms:

  • In the Forms section, you can manage forms that collect user data, such as newsletter sign-ups or contact information. These forms can be integrated into your personalization campaigns to gather more detailed insights on user preferences.

  • Example: Add a personalized pop-up form that only appears to visitors who have browsed your pricing page twice but haven’t yet signed up for a demo.

Analytics:

  • The Analytics section provides a detailed breakdown of how your personalization campaigns are performing. Here, you can track user interactions, measure click-through rates (CTR), and monitor conversions.

  • Example: Track the performance of a “Holiday Discount” campaign to determine which audience segment—new visitors or returning customers—engaged more with the offer.

Settings:

  • Manage your account settings here, including billing information, user roles, and access to additional features. This section is also where you’ll find configuration options for integrating Relevic with your website.

  • Example: Set up multiple user roles for your team, allowing content creators to manage variations while administrators oversee campaign analytics.
